We aim to respond to business emails within 48 hours, usually much sooner, and to keep partners informed when additional time is needed to confirm details. We also work with long-term logistics partners and can often provide practical lead-time estimates based on destination and previous shipping experience. In short, we do not aim to be the biggest — we aim to be a dependable partner worth trying first.
All B2B orders are handled through direct communication rather than automatic checkout discounts.
For each order, we review the product selection, quantities, project requirements, customization details, shipping considerations, delivery destination, and the partner’s annual net purchase volume and order history before issuing a custom quotation by email. This allows us to take any applicable volume-based discount into account when preparing the quote. Once the details are confirmed, the order is arranged as a custom order.
The benefit and discount policies below reflect our standard pricing approach for most B2B orders. However, final pricing and discount application are confirmed on an order-by-order basis and may vary depending on the specific order details, production costs, shipping conditions, destination, and other factors that may affect fulfillment.
After we successfully confirm your business identity, new B2B partners may receive 20% off the first $3,000 of their first order. Any amount above $3,000 is charged at the regular quoted price.
This first-order discount is available regardless of whether you plan to place ongoing orders or simply wish to try working with us for a single purchase.
We believe this initial discount offers new partners a sufficient opportunity to evaluate our workflow, responsiveness, service, and product quality, and to determine whether a longer-term working relationship is a good fit.

Trade partners may qualify for additional discounts based on their annual net purchase volume.
Discount tiers are calculated based on the actual amount paid for completed orders, starting from the date of the partner’s first order. For clarity, annual purchase volume is measured by the net amount actually paid after any applicable discounts, and not by the pre-discount order total.
The discount applies only to future orders after a tier has been reached and is not applied retroactively.
Standard discount levels are generally structured as follows:
$5000 – $20,000 in annual purchases → 10% discount on future orders
$20,000 – $100,000 in annual purchases → 15% discount on future orders
$100,000 – $400,000 in annual purchases → 20% discount on future orders
$400,000 – $1,000,000 in annual purchases → 25% discount on future orders
$1,000,000+ in annual purchases → up to 30% discount on future orders

The more detailed the information you provide, the more accurately we can produce lighting that fits your design requirements. If only reference images are provided, some details may need to be interpreted by our team based on manufacturing feasibility. However, if technical drawings or detailed specifications are available, we can achieve a higher level of precision in the final product.
Customization process
Most customization projects follow a simple process: requirement discussion and confirmation, quotation for customization and production, optional sample production for approval, and final production after confirmation.
In many cases, we recommend producing one sample unit first so that you can evaluate the design before proceeding with larger quantities.
Customization costs
Customization usually involves additional development and production costs. These costs are generally charged once per design, regardless of the number of units ordered afterward.
If you plan to order multiple units, we recommend discussing the full project requirements with us in advance.
Important notes
Custom-made products are produced according to specific project requirements. Once production has started, customized items are generally not eligible for return or exchange.
We encourage partners to carefully confirm all specifications before production begins.
Design confidentiality
We respect the work of designers and project partners. If you provide custom designs or technical drawings, we will treat them as confidential and will not list the same design on our store or offer it to other clients without prior communication.
