Standard Free shipping on All Orders. No Minimum Purchase
Our trade discounts support long-term cooperation with business customers, whether you begin with one purchase or have ongoing project needs. This policy explains first-order benefits, volume tiers, qualification dates, and how cancellations and refunds affect your benefits.
Please read this policy alongside our B2B & Project Cooperation, Shipping Policy, and Warranty Policy. All amounts below are in USD.
Trade benefits are available for purchases made on behalf of a legitimate business, following business verification. There is no minimum opening order or ongoing purchasing commitment.
B2B pricing is arranged through direct communication, rather than automatic checkout discounts. Send us the products, configurations, quantities, delivery destination, and any special requirements. We confirm eligibility and the applicable pricing in writing before you order.
New B2B customers may receive 20% off the first $3,000 of their first eligible order, providing a maximum saving of $600. Any amount above $3,000 follows the regular quoted price, except for the retained-benefit arrangement explained below.
The $3,000 amount is the portion eligible for the discount, not a minimum purchase requirement.
For example, a first order priced at $6,000 receives a $600 discount, leaving $5,400 payable. Once paid in full, that $5,400 can establish the 10% volume tier for subsequent orders. The qualifying order does not receive the newly earned discount again.
Your tier is based on qualifying purchases over the preceding rolling 12 months, not a calendar year or a fixed period starting with your first purchase.
At $1,000,000 or more, any discount above 25% must be agreed in writing. Reaching the threshold does not automatically grant 30%; your applicable 25% tier remains available unless a higher discount is agreed.
Qualifying purchases are based on the amount actually paid for products after discounts, adjusted for refunds and cancellations as described below. Standard, custom, and specially quoted product orders all count on the same basis.
Where shipping or other costs are included in the product selling price, we do not subtract a notional amount for those costs. This calculation rule does not change the shipping or import-charge terms agreed for your order.
Order date: determines whether a purchase falls within the rolling 12-month period.
Full-payment date: determines when a purchase can establish or upgrade a tier. Unpaid orders, deposits, and partial payments do not establish eligibility.
Once full payment is received, we assess the purchase using its original order date. Eligibility is not backdated, and an order outside the applicable rolling period does not become recent simply because payment is received later.
Purchases do not reset when you reach a new tier. All qualifying purchases within the rolling period continue to count. Qualification does not depend on production, shipment, receipt, or an order being marked completed. After-sales periods beginning on receipt remain separate.
A qualifying order counts toward a threshold after full payment. The newly earned discount applies to subsequent orders, not to the qualifying order or earlier orders.
You may place separate orders so that a fully paid purchase establishes eligibility for a later purchase. Please coordinate with us before placing the later order so we can confirm the correct pricing. The qualifying purchase remains subject to the refund and fair-use rules below.
Confirmed order prices are not automatically recalculated because a tier changes later.
An earned tier is protected for 12 months from its qualification date. It will not decrease during that period simply because older purchases fall outside the rolling window or your purchasing activity slows.
An upgrade applies to subsequent orders and starts a new 12-month protection period. Purchases that do not trigger an upgrade do not restart the period.
At expiry, we reassess qualifying purchases over the preceding 12 months. We renew the same tier or assign the supported lower tier for a new 12-month period. Below $5,000, no standard volume discount applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A lower tier begins from the expiry reassessment date, not from an earlier date when spending first fell below a threshold. Protection covers the discount percentage, not product prices.
Customer-caused cancellations, refunds, or misuse may require qualification and protection dates to be reassessed using corrected purchase records.
These rules explain the effect of an approved refund on trade benefits. They do not create an additional cancellation or return right.
Issues attributable to Galastellar
For an approved refund arising from a confirmed quality problem or another issue attributable to Galastellar, the unrefunded amount continues to count in full and 30% of the refunded amount remains as qualification credit.
Qualifying amount = unrefunded payment + 30% of the approved quality-related refund.
For example, a $10,000 payment with a $2,000 quality-related refund leaves $8,600 in qualifying purchases: $8,000 + $600. A full refund leaves qualification credit equal to 30% of the original amount actually paid.
This is qualification credit only, not cash or store credit. It does not reduce the approved refund to 30%. The credit retains the original order date and does not restart the purchase's rolling-period eligibility.
An already earned tier remains protected until its existing expiry date despite a genuine Galastellar-related refund. Adjusted qualifying amounts are used for future qualification and expiry assessments.
Customer-caused cancellations or refunds
The refunded portion does not count toward qualification. Any remaining purchase amount counts as applicable. A tier or upgrade obtained through the affected purchase may be reassessed. Where different causes apply to different portions, we will explain their treatment separately.
Cancellation before production
Following an approved cancellation before production begins, the first-order benefit may be retained for one replacement order. This customer-caused cancellation allowance is available once. If the replacement order is also cancelled before production because of a change of mind or another customer-caused reason, the standard first-order benefit is no longer available.
This does not create an unconditional cancellation right. Cancellation remains subject to production status and the applicable order terms.
Quality-related refunds
If the first order is refunded after delivery because of a confirmed quality problem or another issue attributable to Galastellar, the first-order benefit may be retained for the next purchase. A genuine Galastellar-related issue does not consume the customer-caused cancellation allowance. We will confirm the retained benefit in writing.
Retained benefit with an existing volume tier
The first $3,000 receives 20% off, and the amount above $3,000 receives your applicable volume-tier discount. The same portion is not discounted twice. If your active tier exceeds 20%, the more favorable tier applies instead.
For example, with a retained first-order benefit and an active 15% tier, a $10,000 order costs $8,350: $2,400 for the first $3,000, plus $5,950 for the remaining $7,000.
The retained benefit is used by that next purchase, including where a more favorable volume tier is applied instead.
Separate orders are permitted. However, the program does not permit arrangements intended to obtain a discount through a purchase that the customer plans to cancel or refund while keeping the resulting benefit on another order.
A cancellation or refund alone does not establish misuse. We consider the circumstances and distinguish genuine product issues from attempts to circumvent qualification.
Where we reasonably determine that such an arrangement occurred, we may reassess qualification and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, deduct the additional discount obtained on affected subsequent orders from an otherwise approved refund on the qualifying order.
The deduction is limited to the additional benefit obtained, not automatically the entire discount. We will explain the reason and calculation before processing the adjustment.
For example, if a customer was already entitled to 10% but obtained 15% through the affected purchase, the additional benefit on a subsequent $10,000 order is $500, not $1,500.
Recovered amounts do not count as new purchases. Refund qualification adjustments and discount-recovery deductions are calculated separately. This is not a general cancellation penalty and does not apply merely because a customer reports a genuine Galastellar-related quality issue.
Tier discounts apply to the then-current regular prices of eligible products. They do not lock product prices for the protection period.
We confirm products, quantities, applicable discounts, final prices, delivery estimates, and special terms in writing for each order.
Custom and specially quoted orders participate in the program. Their quotations identify the pricing basis and applicable discount. A discount already included in a quotation is not deducted a second time.
Volume tiers are not added together. Except for the retained first-order arrangement above or another express written agreement, discounts are not combined with first-order offers or other promotions.
We may agree to enhanced discounts, earlier upgrades, extended protection, or other support based on our cooperation history, purchase volume, payment history, and project requirements. Any special arrangement is confirmed in writing.
Confirmed order prices are not changed retrospectively. Any permitted refund deduction for discount misuse is separately identified and explained.
Our discount program is designed to encourage long-term cooperation and reward genuine business purchases. It is not intended to support transactions arranged to abuse the program or obtain benefits without meeting its qualifying conditions.
Galastellar reserves the right to reasonably interpret and administer these terms and address circumstances not expressly covered. Decisions will be made in good faith, considering the program's purpose, our cooperation history, relevant order and payment records, the circumstances, and applicable law.
We will explain material decisions and calculations in writing. This discretion does not permit arbitrary changes to confirmed order prices or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Specific written arrangements take precedence to the extent expressly stated.
