HOW B2B PRICING WORKS

B2B orders are handled through direct communication rather than automatic checkout discounts.

Send us the selected products, quantities, delivery destination, and any customization requirements. We will review the details and provide a quotation by email, including any applicable B2B pricing.

Final pricing is confirmed for each order and may vary according to product configuration, quantity, customization, production cost, shipping method, and destination.

After business verification, new B2B customers may receive 20% off the first $3,000 of their first order. Any amount above $3,000 is charged at the regular quoted price.

The offer is available whether you are testing our products through one business purchase or considering future orders.

The purchase must be made on behalf of a legitimate business. Final eligibility and pricing are confirmed before the order is placed.



Future orders may qualify for additional discounts based on completed net purchases during the 12 months following the first order.

Discounts apply only to future orders after the relevant tier has been reached and are not applied retroactively.

  • $5,000–$20,000 in annual net purchases: 10% off future orders
  • $20,000–$100,000: 15% off future orders
  • $100,000–$400,000: 20% off future orders
  • $400,000–$1,000,000: 25% off future orders
  • $1,000,000+: up to 30% off future orders

Annual purchase volume is calculated using the net amount paid for completed orders after discounts.

Costs and confirmation

Customization may involve development, sampling, tooling, or additional production costs. These costs are reviewed before the order is confirmed.

Customized products are produced according to approved specifications and are generally not returnable because of a change of mind, project cancellation, incorrect measurements, or incorrect selection.

If a customized item has a confirmed quality issue or materially differs from the approved specifications, we will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution.

Confidentiality

Customer-provided drawings and original design materials will be treated as confidential. We will not publicly list or offer the same custom design to other customers without prior communication.

A dedicated contact will review the information with you, confirm important specifications, identify missing details, and discuss manufacturing or shipping considerations.

3. Quotation and Written Confirmation

We provide an order-specific quotation by email. Before production begins, the confirmed product, quantity, dimensions, finish, electrical specifications, customization, delivery details, pricing, and estimated timing are summarized in writing.

4. Production and Delivery Coordination

After confirmation and payment, we coordinate production, relevant checks, and shipment. We communicate meaningful updates or issues that may affect the agreed requirements or timing.
