Customized products are produced according to approved specifications and are generally not returnable because of a change of mind, project cancellation, incorrect measurements, or incorrect selection.
If a customized item has a confirmed quality issue or materially differs from the approved specifications, we will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution.
Customer-provided drawings and original design materials will be treated as confidential. We will not publicly list or offer the same custom design to other customers without prior communication.
