What to provide

Send us the product link, quantity, reference images, drawings, dimensions, preferred finish, and any other required specifications.

The more complete and precise the information is, the more accurately we can review feasibility and prepare the product to match your expectations.

Review and quotation

We will review the requirements with our manufacturing partners and confirm feasibility, pricing, estimated production time, and any details that require clarification.

For complex designs or larger quantities, a sample unit may be recommended before final production.

Costs and confirmation

Customization may involve development, sampling, tooling, or additional production costs. These costs are reviewed before the order is confirmed.

Customized products are produced according to approved specifications and are generally not returnable because of a change of mind, project cancellation, incorrect measurements, or incorrect selection.

If a customized item has a confirmed quality issue or materially differs from the approved specifications, we will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution.

Confidentiality

Customer-provided drawings and original design materials will be treated as confidential. We will not publicly list or offer the same custom design to other customers without prior communication.
