Kaus Cross Wall Lamp

How do I choose the right size?

Check the dimensions in the product description and compare them with your room, furniture and available ceiling height. If a measurement you need is missing, please ask us before ordering.

Which configuration am I selecting?

Review the selected size, finish and light option before adding the fixture to your cart. If you need to confirm a control method, electrical requirement or installation detail, send us the product link and selected option.

Can I request a change?

Possible changes depend on the fixture and the request. Contact us before ordering so feasibility, any additional cost and estimated timing can be reviewed. An order note alone does not confirm a customization.

How do shipping and delivery work?

Standard shipping is free. Additional charges may apply for expedited services, upgraded delivery options or remote destinations. Estimated timing depends on the order and destination. For delivery outside the United States, please contact us before ordering. Read our Shipping Policy for the current details.

What support is available after delivery?

Our Returns & Warranty Policy explains quality support, replacement parts, eligibility and the review process. Please contact us with the order details and supporting photos if something is wrong.

Still have a question?

Email customer@galastellar.com with the product link and configuration. We will check the relevant details rather than assume that one specification applies to every version.
